Rhipsalis 'Red coral'

Rhipsalis 'Red coral'

Rhipsalis 'red coral' is a stunning and unusual rainforest cactus that responds to bright light with a beautiful pink pigment.  Red Coral is a tropical, tree-dwelling (epiphytic) cactus native to central and southern America.

Keep red coral's compost on the moist side over spring and summer, but let it dry out well between waterings over winter (they dislike being cold and wet).  They prefer bright, indirect light most of the day, but require a little morning or late evening sunshine to bright out the pink hues in the stems.

All plants are sold in their nursery pots. Decorative pots are sold seperately. You can choose your decorative from our Pot Collection. Red coral's 20cm nursery pot will fit our XL Almada pot, as well as our XL Bali pots, and our XL Raw Stone pot

Do not pot directly into our decorative pots. It's much better to keep the plant in its nursery pot to allow adequate drainage.
