SHIPPING POLICY

We will aim to deliver your items within three days of receiving your order and we will send you a text message letting you know your items are on the way.   Our driver will leave the items at your front door (or other agreed drop-off point), and knock on your door before stepping away to a safe distance.  Unfortunately we're not able to arrange specific drop-off times.  If you are not at home we will leave the items at your front door or at your designated drop-off place.  Your items will be packed as hygienically as possible.  

Wild Leaf accepts no responsibility for theft or damage when plants are left at the customer's front door or other agreed drop-off point.  This includes physical damage and damage caused by environmental conditions such as  scorching and cold shock.

RETURNS POLICY

We only accept returns with a receipt or other proof of purchase  

Refunds will only be made to the card used to make the purchase

 

Plants

  • Plants can only be returned if there was a quality issue with the plant prior to purchase 

  • Wild Leaf will not accept a return if our care advice was not followed

  • Wild Leaf must be notified within 14 days of purchase if a plant appears to be unhealthy

  • If we approve a return, the customer has another 14 days to return the plant

 

Flowers 

  • Wild Leaf will accept the return of flowers if they die within three days of purchase

  • Wild Leaf will not accept returns if our care advice was not followed

 

Non-perishable items

  • Customers have 30 days to return faulty items or products that are not as described

  • It is at Wild Leaf’s discretion whether or not to accept returns of non-faulty items

  • Only store credit or exchange will be offered for non-faulty items

 

We can only accept returns for plants that are unhealthy or damaged.  Should you think this may be the case, please contact us and we will investigate whether your plant should be replaced.  We will only replace a plant or product if we are satisfied that the problem was pre-existing prior to purchase, in which case we expect the problem to show up within the first two weeks after purchase and to have occurred in another plants in the same batch. 

 

Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the plant or product will fit in your home and you can give the plant the conditions it requires.  We are always more than happy to answer questions about plant care, even if you didn't purchase the plant from us.
