We will aim to deliver your items within three days of receiving your order and we will send you a text message letting you know your items are on the way. Our driver will leave the items at your front door (or other agreed drop-off point), and knock on your door before stepping away to a safe distance. Unfortunately we're not able to arrange specific drop-off times. If you are not at home we will leave the items at your front door or at your designated drop-off place. Your items will be packed as hygienically as possible.
We can only accept returns for plants that are unhealthy or damaged. Should you think this may be the case, please contact us and we will investigate whether your plant should be replaced. We will only replace a plant or product if we are satisfied that the problem was pre-existing prior to purchase, in which case we expect the problem to show up within the first few weeks after purchase and to have occurred in another plants in the same batch.
Please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure the plant or product will fit in your home and you can give the plant the conditions it requires. We are always more than happy to answer questions about plant care, even if you didn't purchase the plant from us.
